The AWI Examinations Office is responsible for the administrative processes surrounding your examinations at AWI: from registration and deregistration, booking, to the issuing of official grade reports or the final documents, we are happy to help you.

Opening Hours

Monday and Tuesday: 13:00-15:00 (01.-14.06., for emergencies: 13:00-14:00)
Wednesday and Thursday: 10:00-12:00 (01.-14.06., for emergencies: 10:00-11:00)
Friday: closed

Please note:

Due to the migration to heiCO, there are generally longer processing times at the moment. Besides, Ms. Bramm's office hours are currently cancelled due to illness until further notice.
During the period 18.-31.05., heiCO will be unavailable also for us; please refrain from respective enquiries or requests for changes.
During the period 01.-14.06., the Exam Office will not be available. E-mails cannot be processed and calls cannot be answered during this time; please contact us again from 15.06. on. For absolutely urgent matters, shortened emergency office hours will be offered (on site and by telephone, see times above).
